This is exactly the same seasoning base we they use for many of their famous, proprietary Smokie sticks, summer sausage and trail bologna. When using their seasoning for sausage, sticks, bologna or bratwurst, they recommend you add the entire 9oz bag to 25 pounds of your favorite meat.
