Unit = 990gm (for 25lbs of meat) Pkg = 5kg (No Cure) Instructions: Use 990g for 11.45kg (25 lbs) meat. Add 2.5L ice/water. Seasoning at 950g and cure at 40g packed separately. Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Spice and Spice Extracts, Garlic, Tomato Powder, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Dextrose, Onion, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite. Milk & derivatives, Mustard, Eggs, Soy, Sulphites, & Wheat (not present in this product, however, in other products manufactured in the same line).
