A regular grind, this 6mm Plate is great for coarse sausages such as Summer, Salami, Pepperoni and Snack Sticks. Each plate is 3-1/4″ diameter and has 6mm (1/4″) plate holes.
LEM’s grinder plates are made to LEM’s stringent standards for hardness and quality. We carry stainless steel plates and are hub-less so they can be used on both sides. Remember when changing your knife to change the plate at the same time for optimum performance.
